Stonebridge has been providing consulting services to public, private equity-funded and private companies for over ten years.  Engagements have focused on companies seeking change through building profitable growth and high-performance cultures.  

Services have been provided to companies in sectors, including information technology, Internet and professional services, technology, software, life sciences, and consumer products industries, that have a technology base.  In partnership with senior management, they have focused on both functional and strategic issues defined as requirements necessary to build stronger growth companies.

Major focus areas have included strategy development, sales and marketing acceleration, client relationship development, global growth approaches, operations, partnering and alliances, capital development approaches and business process development.

Client engagements are typically performed over four to six months with many clients electing to secure multi-year relationships to address multiple focus areas.  With a strong commitment to client confidentiality, specific client engagements, being strategic in nature, along with client names and actual financial results are not available.
